Perusahaan ini adalah perusahaan swasta yang didirikan oleh bapak H. Ahmad Sugianto. Pada awalnya Saelo shoes hanya sebuah industry kecil yang berpegawai tidak lebih dari dua puluh orang. Tetapi semakin lama semakin besar. Produk yang diunggulkan pada perusahaan Home Industry ini adalah sepatu/sandal yang telah berkembang lama dari tahun 1996.
Skala pertama pendiri hanya berpotensi di daerah setempat. Tetapi setelah sekian lama, produk dari perusahaan home industry ini telah berpeluang menjadi produk unggul di Jakarta dan BAHKAN TELAH EKSPOR KE YAMAN. Pemilik mengutamakan dalam hal kualitas barang yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu dalam pembuatannya dipakai secara tradisional yaitu melalui tangan dan hasilnya sangat memuaskan. Lebih kuat dan terampil. Industry kecil ini telah tumbuh dengan pegawai yang lebih dari lima puluh orang.
Dalam jenisnya, terdapat dua macam jenis sepatu/sandal yang digunakan. Yaitu Jenis imitasi dan kulit. Perbedannya terdapat pada jenis bahan yang digunakannya.
